| A deposit of £100.00 per week is required for each week booked. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Confirmation of your booking along with an invoice for the balance will be sent to you. The balance is due two calendar months before the departure date. If the booking is under 10 weeks before departure then the full payment is payable at the time of booking. |

| Security Bond: A credit card swipe will be taken by our management company for a £250/$350 deposit that will be held against loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement. The bond will be fully refundable after a satisfactory status report has been received from our management company. |

| Pool Heat:During the winter months (October - April) pool heating may be required and is charged at £100 per week. In the event that pool heating has been requested, we can not guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according to several factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. |

| Arrival/Departure: The rental commences at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. |

| Use of the villa: It is very important to note that only persons identified on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property. The party leader agrees NOT to sub-let, share or assign the property to any other person not authorised by the owner. Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to the original booking, as unauthorised persons staying in the villa will cause the whole party to be excluded from the property without refund. No all male or all female parties will be accepted, or groups under 21 years of age. Cancellation Charges We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in event of cancellation. | We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date. |

| Insurance: It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance. |

| Liability: During your stay the owners, their agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. No diving in the swimming pool is permitted and guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool area at any time. |

| Force Majeure:The owners and their agents will not be held responsible for loss or delay howsoever caused beyond our control, i.e. strikes, riots, fire, flood, closure of airports or transport problems of any kind, weather conditions or any other event etc (this list is neither exclusive or exhaustive). |

| Reservations of less than 7 nights will attract a cleaning charge of £50/$80. |
